Joe and Ani get Hitched!!

Who gets married on Halloween, honestly? A pair of righteous individuals, that’s who! Instead of writing some boring description of the weekend, I’m just going to reproduce verbatim (mildly censored – think of the children) my chat conversation with Jim regarding the events. I’ll sprinkle in some photos for visual reference. Link to the full photo album, as usual. Also, the chat below includes some info about Jim’s resoundingly successful weekend.

8:34 AM I’ll give you the broad outline first

arrived about noon on friday

erich picked me up, and we went directly to joe and ani’s house (they weren’t there)

two other dudes were there, with a ton of TP, shaving cream, window markers, etc

8:35 AM James: this is before or after the mighty taco?

me: oh

before

so we planned how to f*ck up their house

we got into the garage, but the house was all locked up

windows and whatnot

couldn’t find a key

so

8:36 AM we realized the second story window might be open

so I climbed up there, and it was, so we got in

we proceeded to f*ck their sh*t up

turned upsidedown all furniture,

vasaline on all door handles

including kitchen cabinets, etc

vaseline toilet seat

8:37 AM flour on top of the ceiling fan blades

shower curtain in washing machine

hid shower curtain hooks all over living room

flour under bed sheets

clothes all rearrranged in closet

James: wow, good work

me: turned dresser upside down

turned all drawers in another dresser upside down individually

James: i hope there was fragile, valuable sh*t in all of those things

8:38 AM me: oh yeah, there was

turned the cats upside down

James: awesome

duct taped them to something?

me: so yeah, we pretty much wrecked their sh*t

ha, that would have been good

oh and we TPd the whole outside, and shaving creamed the driveway

and drew a bunch of dicks and balls all over the windows

8:39 AM James: great job

me: ya

James: sounds like a resounding success

me: it was

then we went to mighty taco

then stopped by erichs house

then met the dudes part of the wedding party at joe’s parents house

they all changed into their monkey suits, and I changed into my Dude costume

then we went to the church

8:40 AM I walked in, realized my costume was completely inappropriate, and talked to the priest to make sure he wasn’t going to throw me out

James: hahaha

me: the ceremony commenced

8:41 AM I was also in charge of tying the cans on strings to the back of the limo during this time

they all fell off and hit the photographers mini-van while we were driving – awesome

8:42 AM James: nice, this is definitely a time where a limber mind will come in handy

me: definitely!

then we all piled into the limo (not sure how I got invited to that, but whatever)

started slamming champagne and grey goose on the rocks

went to some country club for pictures

James: f*ck yea you did

8:43 AM me: at one point the photograher pointed at me and was like “you – get over here:

“

so yeah, I’m in the official pictures

with beverages!

James: excellent

me: then, back into the limo, more drinking, go to the reception

James: you got any pics of the costume/festivities/etc?

me: peeps change into costumes
